Heart of Ceylon was founded in the UK by Nazeer Nisthar, a proud Sri Lankan dual national. With over 12 years of experience as a sales & marketing professional in the IT industry, Nazeer has cultivated a strong professional network while passionately sharing Sri Lanka’s unique culture, heritage, and charm with Britons and other nationalities living in the UK.
During his two decades in the UK, Nazeer saw how much Britons admire Sri Lanka’s natural beauty, hospitality, and rich culture. Inspired by the experiences of those who have visited and fallen in love with the island, Nazeer saw an opportunity to bring the authentic Sri Lankan experience closer to the UK and European markets.
